1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To create an account on PH Dula and enjoy our full range of betting services, including Baccarat, Bingo, Esports Betting, Sabong, NBA Betting, Poker, and more, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old. PH Dula strictly prohibits the registration of minors on the platform.

• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have been previously banned from PH Dula or any associated platforms.

PH Dula reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) checks at any point. Failure to complete KYC checks may result in account restriction or fund withholding until verification is complete.

2. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

PH Dula accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through verified Philippine-based payment methods. We do not accept cash or any payment method not listed on our platform. Accepted payment channels include:

• Using the PH Dula platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

• Deliberately exploiting system errors, glitches, or loopholes to gain unfair advantages.
• Colluding with other players or attempting to fix the outcome of any game or betting event.

Upon account termination due to a terms violation, PH Dula may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. 9. Limitation of Liability
